Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th

To start
Warm beetroot soup with horseradish cream
Pan fried scallops with creamed leeks and crispy pancetta
Smoked salmon & potato salad with lemon & dill crème fraiche



Main
Fillet of sea bream with creamy wild mushroom risotto and dill butter
8oz rump steak with pink pepper corn sauce, fat chips and watercress
Confit of duck & parsnip crisps on braised red cabbage and red wine Jus
Warm goats cheese on Italian tomato bread with grilled peppers, mixed leaves and balsamic glaze



Desserts
Chewy meringue with fresh passion fruit & clotted cream
Hand dipped chocolate strawberries served with mini brownie chunks
Champagne sorbet with prosecco and crushed raspberries
